Through our DecoNetwork‑powered websites, you may:

  • Create and customise designs (where applicable)

  • Save designs to your account

  • Access customer storefronts operated by STMS Group Ltd

  • Receive order updates and customer support

All products are produced on demand, meaning they are manufactured specifically for each order.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing orders or creating an account

  • Comply with all applicable UK laws

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account login details

  • Ensure any uploaded content (designs, images, text) does not infringe the rights of others

You must not upload or create content that:

By uploading content to the site, you grant STMS Group Ltd a licence to:

  • Produce products using your design

  • Display your design within your account

  • Store your design for production and fulfilment

We do not claim ownership of your original artwork.

7. Orders & Payments

7.1 Print‑on‑Demand Production

All products are manufactured specifically for each order. This means:

  • We cannot accept returns for wrong size or change of mind

  • Production begins shortly after ordering

  • Orders cannot always be cancelled once production has started

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or access your card details.

7.3 Pricing

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

8. Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control.

9. Returns & Refunds

Our full Returns Policy is available on the website. Key points:

  • Returns require an RMA number

  • Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded

  • Wrong size or change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted

  • Return shipping is covered only for faulty items

  • Photographic evidence may be required

Email sales@stms.studio to request an RMA.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

We are not liable for losses resulting from failure to secure your account.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but:
