About STMS

Where We Started

STMS early days

STMS didn’t begin in a warehouse. It started in a back bedroom — a tiny space packed with boxes, printers, and a stubborn belief that merch should be better than what we were getting at the time.

Back then, we were producing merchandise for our own event, the Breaking Bands Festival. After being let down repeatedly by unreliable print companies, we reached a point where the only way to guarantee quality was to take control of the process ourselves. What began as a necessity quickly became a passion, and that passion turned into a business.

Today, that back‑bedroom project has grown into two warehouses just outside Birmingham, supported by a dedicated team of six. We’ve invested in professional equipment, refined our processes, and built a studio that creators can trust — because we know exactly what it feels like to need quality and not get it.
