We charge you £25 a year for the shop hosting an maintenance/updates. That is the only cost for the shop.
You will be given access to the wholesale prices so you can then work out what retail price you want to charge. This is totally up to you as you will know your customers better than we will. Your profit will be the retail (minus vat) take away the wholesale (minus vat) and the card processing fee. Example: Sell a product at £24 which is £20 when you minus vat. Cost price to you is £12 which is £10 when you minus the vat. Card processing fees vary but around 30-60p so lets say 50p in this example. That means on a £24 sale you would make £9.50 profit.
Commission/profit is paid directly into your bank account via a BACS transfer. There is no minimum withdrawal for payment
We pay you the commission/profit on the first week of the following month (eg Sept money paid first week of Oct).
All items are shipped via Royal Mail and charged directly to the customer at the current rate. Your shop is connected directly to the latest Royal Mail pricing and the customer gets to choose 1st or 2nd class recorded (signed) delivery.
There is no limit on the number of products you can sell on your shop. We always advise to start with a small range and add to it gradually as this will give your customers reasons to come back to your shop again and again.
The cost of the shop (£25 per year) plus the cost of the wholesale product and the processing fee are the only costs you will be required to pay.
Yes, you can purchase your own domain name and set up a forwarding to the shop url if you wish. This would be done via your domain registrar but do check they offer this as a free service before you purchase.
